摘要

In its 45th year,The European Cosmetic,Toiletry & Perfumery Association(Colipa)is especially keen to highlight the progress it made throughout 2006.Although the issues the industry faces today are no less important than in previous years,providing support to the industry throughout the current challenges means recognising that these are testing times.The prevailing hot topic-REACH legislation(Registration,Evaluation,Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals)-was a recurring theme at the conference,somewhat overshadowing the positive results that the industry delivered in 2006.
