Consumer advocates have raised concerns over the voluntary nature of the new EU sunscreen labelling scheme,claiming it could cause confusion amongst sunbathers.The system was approved by the European Commission last year and is now being introduced and while most bottles will use,it in 2008,this summer only around 20% will carry the new labels,designed to help consumers choose appropriate protection for their skin.
