Having aneed fora couple of high-power motor controllers, I burrowed my way back to the April 2007 edition of Silicon Chip and found the article I wanted. I also happened to re-read the Publisher's Letter entitled, "Banning incandescent lamps will have a negligible effect on greenhouse gasses".
