Like many businesses across industries, the supply chain sector has had diversity issues for far too long. This doesn't just apply to the male dominated culture we see, it covers all parts of society under-represented in the supply chain, whether it's age, gender, race, religion, disability or sexuality. If our industry really wants to take advantage of the full range of available talent and be more representative of the real world, it must change. It also needs to know what the legal and lawful position on diversity is.
