1 wish to thank the authors for taking time away from busy schedules to write their articles and Dr. Jamal M. Bullocks for serving as guest editor of this issue of Seminars in Plastic Surgery on the topic of "Cosmetic Surgery in the Ethnic Population: Special Considerations and Procedures."Dr. Bullocks graduated with honors from Georgetown University and earned his medical degree from the Georgetown University School of Medicine. He also obtained extensive research experience in breast oncology and head and neck oncology while a fellow at the Lombardi Cancer Center at Georgetown University.
