We demonstrated that a light-extraction efficiency of OLEDs was evaluated accurately by fitting an external quantum-efficiency to a calculated optical-mode. An internal quantum-efficiency of 62.6% was obtained in the green OLED with thick electron transport layer. OLEDs with light out-coupling layers exhibited a high light-extraction efficiency of 76% and the estimated values were in good agreement with calculated ones.
