摘要

In this paper, a metabonomics technique was introduced to test and analyze the combined features of serum biomarker of exercise-intervened T2DM rats at different time point and their relations with biochemical indicator changes. SD rats were fed with high glucose and fat diet for 4 weeks, and then received intraperitoneal injection of STZ according to 40 mg/kg by weight; after modeling for one week, they were intervened with swimming at three different time points (2w, 4w and 8w). The UPLC/Q-TOF MS technique was used to conduct metabonomics test of serum of rats to analyze the combined features of serum biomarkers under exercise intervention at different time points. The detailed experiments revealed that the exercise intervention can effectively improve the metabolic disorder of blood glucose and fat in T2DM rats. The combined features of serum biomarkers under exercise intervention at different time points accord with above biochemical change rule, which indicates that, through the research of effect track of exercise intervention based on metabonomics method, we can obtain the whole information about the functions of organism in the course of intervention and also provide an experimental reference to better understand time sequence change and mechanism of exercise intervention effect.
