摘要

Dynamic characteristic analysis method is a method to obtain characteristic during period of transition after stable rolling state is changed by several disturbances until next stable rolling state. Disturbances include changes in coefficient of friction, oil film thickness of back up roll bearings, change of roll gap due to eccentricity of back up rolls and hot band gage thickness. From this means, variations of inter-stand tensions, peripheral roll speed, roll gap setting and thickness of raw material were analyzed.In this paper, some kinds of analysis were achieved further of thickness analysis simulation for accurate model by PI control for controlling deviation of final thickness. The thickness control was mainly feedback control base on thickness deviations measured by X-ray thickness meter, and this model will effectively support design of thickness control system and system of controlling tensions between stands in actual works.
