RESOLUTIONS, ANYONE?

Another year down, and a new year is upon us. Every year at this time, many of us make ambitious resolutions in the hopes of making our lives better. You know what I'm talking about-resolutions like losing weight, getting in better shape, spending more time with the family, and being more organized. How many of you have made those resolutions this year? Those are worthy personal goals, but it's not too late to make additional resolutions regarding your business. As ISRI chair, I ask you to join me in adopting the following three resolutions that would be good for our respective companies as well as our industry as a whole.
