One of the biggest players in the Greek bass and bream sector, Selonda Aquaculture, is about to pass into the hands of its creditors.The company announced in a letter to its shareholders that an extraordinary general meeting will take place on July 24in Athens to discuss the company's bank debt capitalization.On the agenda is the recapitalization of outstanding loans of ?50 million ($68.3 million) and the issue of corporate bonds up to ?105 million ($143-4 million), for which it needs to seek permission from its shareholders.
