Slow progress seen at West Pilbara iron ore project

The disagreement between joint venture partners Aquila Resources and American Metals and Coal International Inc. (AMCI) on how to progress their West Pilbara iron ore project in Western Australia will not be resolved until at least the March 2013 quarter. Perth-based Aquila said arbitration proceedings to resolve the dispute between the 50:50 partners regarding the project's budget in fiscal 2013 will take place in late February.
