Black Sea scrap suppliers are yet to be convinced that an end is in sight for the blocked shipments lining Ukrainian ports, market sources told Platts Steel Business Briefing Monday. The delayed shipments, which have been at the ports for a month and a half, are likely to remain despite another planned meeting with relevant national authorities planned for Tuesday, sources said.
