Spain's domestic scrap market sees some uptick

A merchant received a bid from a major international trader of 5,000-8,000 mt of heavy melt I/II (75/25) at Eur 310/mt FOB north Spain, to be exported to Turkey in a deep-sea cargo. He added that this offer underlines the need of the domestic market to recover a little more to avoid huge exports from the country.
