Spot prices of 75% Si ferrosilicon in Asia stayed flat this week amid quiet trade. The Chinese spot price was assessed unchanged week on week at $1,160- $1,230/mt FOB China, and the Japanese spot import price was also steady on week at $1,170-$1,230/mt CIF Thursday. The Japan assessment is for ferrosilicon of 75% Si content of all origins.
