Recycler ZincOx restructures loan, extends offtake

ZincOx Resources has reached an agreement with Korea Zinc over a significant restructuring of the shortdated debt of its Korea Recycling Plant, the UK-based zinc recycler said Tuesday. As part of the arrangement, ZincOx has extended its zinc concentrate offtake deal with Korea Zinc. “This restructuring increases our cash headroom over the next couple of years and gives us an overall interest rate considerably lower than alternative commercial sources,” ZincOx CEO Andrew Woollett said in a statement.
