摘要

More than 99% radiolabelling of benzyl penicillin with Tc-99m was achieved using SnCl2.2H(2)O as reducing agent. The optimised conditions for the radiolabelling of Tc-99m- benzyl penicillin were 200 IT ligand (benzyl penicillin), 25 mu g stannous chloride as a reducing agent, pH 6, room temperature and 10 min incubation time. The radiochemical purity, stability and charge on Tc-99m labelled benzyl penicillin were determined by paper chromatography, ITLC, HPLC and electrophoresis techniques, respectively. Biodistribution and scintigraphy studies of Tc-99m-benzyl penicillin were performed in normal mice and rabbit, respectively.
