House approves reform for federal workers' comp

Washington - A bipartisan bill to reform the workers' compensation program for federal employees passed out of the House on Nov. 29.The Federal Workers' Compensation Modernization and Improvement Act (H.R. 2465) represents the first major reform to the federal workers' comp program in nearly 40 years.
