Association offers guidelines for recording hearing loss

Westminster, CO - The National Hearing Conservation Association on July 15 issued guidelines for recording occupational hearing loss on OSHA 300 logs. Under OSHA recordkeeping regulations (1904.10), employers are required to record documented hearing loss in the form of "standard threshold shifts" on the OSHA 300 log.
