In response to new EPA-proposed emissions standards for off-road equipment, the Diesel Technology Forum recently published a white peaper on off-road diesel equipment. According to EPA, the proposal is "a comprehensive national program to reduce emissions from non-road diesel engines by treating engine controls and reduced sulfur fuel as a system to gain the greatest emission reductions."
