LOVE YOUR PERIODICAL- look for ward to it every month. However, I take exception to Rick Kaletsky's comment in the recent "2011 State of Safety" article. (See January 2011, p. 32.) His comment, "If it wasn't for the threat of enforcement, then the decreases in significant injuries, illnesses and deaths would not be as dramatic as it truly has been," is just so old-school, hard-line OSHA compliance-based, and really kind of sad in this day and age.
