Working high above the ground on bucket trucks and elevated structures,often on energized systems operating at tens of thousands of volts,is a challenging business.It's also very necessary work,as our nation grapples with the challenge of maintaining and updating its utility infrastructure,and communities struggle to recover from natural disasters like Hurricane Katrina.
