The most powerful off-the-job safely messages often come from actual employee experiences.At Midland,Mi-based Dow Chemical Co.workers have an opportunity to share stories with co-workers and family members through a monthly "Lessons Learned" section on the company's Intranet site."We have a very easy-to-use form that's set up on the Website so employees can electronically submit their stories," said Diane Biber,Dow's global health promotion coordinator."We have some general topics already set up that indicate which category their stories should go in.Then they answer what happened and what they learned from it."
