Safety+Health featured its first CEOs Who 'Get It' in 2003.Although CEO profiles are certainly not a new idea to magazines,the response we've received makes it clear we were right on target when we launched our yearly salute to executives who acknowledge the importance of occupational safety and health.We all know safety isn't always an easy sell to upper management - not nearly as easy as a marketing campaign,or a new product,or the latest cleverly titled performance-management concept promising improved leadership and teamwork.
