Using computers is a way of life for millions of workers across the United States.However,when it comes to preventing or managing arthritis pain,some workers might be positioning themselves in front of their computers incorrectly.To help relieve the pain,researchers at the Missouri Arthritis Rehabilitation Research and Training Center at the University of Missouri,Columbia,offer the following tips to help keep workers' joints and ligaments healthy and decrease their risk of developing work-related pain - even when performing repetitive tasks.
