Commission Directive 2011/32/EU, 2011/33/EU and 2011/34/EU of 8 March 2011 amending Council Directive 91/414/EEC to include isoxaben, I-decanol and flurochloridone as active substances and amending Commission Decision

An application to reverse the withdrawal of authorisations for plant protection products containing isoxaben by 31 December 2011 was submitted to Sweden, which had been designated rapporteur Member State by Regulation (EC) No 1490/2002 for inclusion of isoxaben. The Commission has adopted the directive such that Annex I to Directive 91/414/EEC is amended with the line concerning isoxaben in the Annex to Decision 2008/934/EC deleted.
