Brazil to invest 4.8 billion in biotechnology over the next 10 years

Brazil has decided to invest in biotechnologies in a bid to become one of the top 5 countries for research,service and products in the sector within the next 10-15 years.According to Abrabi (the Brazilian biotechnology association),this market already accounts for 3% of Brazil's GDP and 85% of companies involved are small or medium-sized.
