THE OLD TRIED and true market axiom that high prices cure high prices is coming home to roost for North American pork producers -although the outlook for 2016 still remains relatively sunny.After record high hog prices in 2014, the pendulum started to swing the other way this past year as pork production increased and the market started to come back to earth.
