摘要

Application of green manure improved grain and straw yield, N use efficiency, apparent N recovery, N uptake by rice and total soil N over its control. Yield parameters, uptake and total soil N increased. With increase in the levels of fertilizer N. High planting density (15 chi 15 cm) also registered higher yield, N use efficiency, and apparent recovery and N uptake. The interaction effects between green manure and fertilizer were significant.
