Arkema buys Italian organic peroxide producer Oxido

On 2 March 2015, Arkema finalised the acquisition of Italian company Oxido in Anagni, a specialist in the formulation of organic peroxides used primarily in the crosslinking of rubber and plastics, as well as initiators for polyester resins and hardeners. Oxido generates annual sales of approximately EUR 20 million.
