State of the American Orchid Society

Below is a document prepared by AOS Executive Director Jim Jordan together with the AOS Board of Trustees. This is an accurate document describing the state of our organization with the challenges that we still have in the months ahead as well as thesuccesses that we have had these last couple of months, especially with our electronic communications. These past few months, I have heard all kinds of rumors regarding the AOS. Most of them have been negative, with lots of misinformation. I hope that this document will lay all of these rumors to rest. It is the Board's intention to always maintain an open and honest line of communication with the membership.
