We recently read an article in OOOOE about platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) in human cell cultures,1 and that article raised significant questions regarding methodology and conclusions. Because Dr. Gassling was not able to clarify his methodology when we contacted him, we think it is important to share this discussion with the scientific community and the readers of OOOOE.
