The present invention provides compositions for enhancing cell adhesion ability and cell homing ability, comprising platelet-rich plasma (PRP) as an active ingredient. The present invention provides a method for improving cell adhesion ability and cell homing ability, comprising the step of: treating cells isolated ex vivo with the composition containing PRP as an active ingredient.
