摘要

The dependence of the structural reorganization of Eu~(3+) optical centers in Al_(2)O_(3)-Eu_(2)O_(3)-BiOFfilms on the annealing temperature has been investigated. It is shown by the methods of crystal field theory and computer simulation that the increase in the annealing temperature from 700 to 1100 deg C leads to removal of bismuth from Eu-O-Bi complex centers with the C_(3V) symmetry in the Al_(2)O_(3) structure and the change in symmetry from D_(3) to O_(h) for a large fraction of EuAlO_(3) centers.
