Radiative Corrections to the 2s Level Width in a Hydrogen Atom

摘要

Leading radiative corrections of the order of (Z)2 ln(Z) to the two-photon decay width of the 2s metastable level in a hydrogen atom and light hydrogen-like atoms are found. Corrections for a finite nucleus size are also taken into account.
