摘要

In absolute distance interferometry the ambiguity of length measurement is reduced by using several laser wavelengths. If the number of wavelengths is limited a high exactness of phase measurement is necessary in order to guarantee an unbroken hierarchy of the generated synthetic wavelengths. However, by the application of independent lasers in a real ADI arrangement the uncertainty of phase measurement, being less than 2 pi . 10(-3), can be attained in practice only with difficulty. In this paper the influence of different parameters on the phase of a synthetic interference signal is demonstrated. [References: 7]
