Developing such a strategy is complicated, but some in the industry say it all starts with the concept of partnering."True partnering makes the concept of risk sharing more straightforward and minimizes disputes, as the team members are comfortable that there will be fairness in the give and take," says Paul Koenderman, CEO of Aecon Industrial Group.
