Newfoundland and Labrador's thick-skinned body politic has been consumed recently by a heat rash of government news conferences,with both the premier and his natural resources minions itching to scratch out any suggestions that the province is business-shy.At the same time,Nova Scotia is handling its offshore activity in a low-key,and apparently effective,manner.
