Size may not matter but measurement does, particularly in the patch.as recently as five years ago there was no formal group overseeing the consistent practice and education of those charged with measurement at natural gas and oil production and midstream operations. today, thanks to the grassroots efforts of a group of experts, hundreds of people from around the world are being educated in the finer points of measurement.
