Regulatory change has dominated the business landscape for the last two years,a new survey by Ipsos-Reid/KPMG shows,but that hasn't slowed activity in other areas.The survey-of more than 200 companies representing a broad spectrum of the Canadian economy with assets ranging from us20 million to us115 billion-found more than two-thirds had been involved in regulatory compliance issues over the past two years.
