A decade and a half ago,as greenhouse gases and climate change and large final emitters were mere words just beginning to enter the lexicon of the Canadian energy sector,the very idea that carbon dioxide,that most evil of greenhouse Dale Lunan gases,could actually be tamed was a theory that was only just beginning to appear in a few of the most obscure scientific journals.
