DNO sets new production record in Iraq's Tawke region

NORWEGIAN OIL AND gas company DNO International has announced it has set a record rate of production 32,500bpd. The Tawke-23 well in Iraq has set the company back US$12mn to drill, complete and test, it revealed. The first horizontal well which was completed last year in the Tawke-20 field, set the previous record production rate for a Tawke well at 25,000bpd.
