Strategic joint venture for Cape and Swala Energy venture

CAPE OIL INTERNATIONAL and Swala Energy have entered into an agreement under the terms of which the two companies shall pool resources and expertise to develop jointly their E&P aspirations in West Africa. The partnership aims to develop in a number of West African hydrocarbon regions, focusing on marginal onshore and shallow-water fields where its combined expertise can accelerate developments and create shareholder value.
