LUKOIL'S REFINING IN ITALY

LUKOIL has been working in the Italian refining business for more than two years, since the acquisition of a 49% share in the ISAB refinery in 2008. In 2011, LUKOIL acquired additional 11%. Following the sale, LUKOIL owns 60% of ISAB and ERG-40%. ISAB situated in Priolo, Sicily, is third in terms of refining volumes in Europe. The total refining capacity of the two sites is around 320,000 barrels per day, with storage capacity for more than 4 million m3 of products and raw materials.
