Catherine Watkins is the new managing editor of Oil Mill Gazetteer. "I have enjoyed writing features and news about oilseed processing for the 10+years I have worked for the American Oil Chemists' Society (AOCS)," Watldns said. AOCS has published the Gazetteer since October 2003. "It is exciting to think that I can now help provide information to those on the front lines of processing. I look forward to hearing from our readers about issues and topics whose coverage would most help them in their jobs."
