UK-listed Tullow Oil said Tuesday that its performance so far this year has been in line with expectations and that the Jubilee development in Ghana is on track for first oil in the second half of next year. It says it has focused on capital spending in Africa in 2009 as it seeks to prove up reserves in its most promising licenses in Ghana and Uganda.
