'Geomancy' for shale exploration

Calgary-based Integrated Informatics~(1901) has released V2.4 of its superbly named, 'Geomancy' decision engine. The decision support system is tuned to unconventional needs and is used for planning and siting of well pads, laterals, access roads and gathering systems. V2.4 offers enhancement including automatic determination of connections between pipelines and delivery points, number of wells per pad and their orientation.
