Pemex Earnings Slide

Mexican state-owned oil monopoly Pemex said Tuesday its net profit fell to 1.2 billion pesos ($90 million) in the second quarter from 16.7 billion pesos a year ago as lower oil prices and crude export volumes lowered its pre-tax earnings.
