Southeast Asia's oil and gas industry appears to have emerged relatively unscathed from a string of deadly natural disasters to rock the region in the past few days - earthquakes in Indonesia, typhoons in the Philippines, Vietnam and Cambodia, and a series of tsunamis in Samoa, in the South Pacific. The death toll is still unknown, but reports suggest at least 1,000 people have been killed.
