Weatherford International on Monday sold $1.25 billion of 10-year and 30-year notes, according to International Financing Review (IFR). The oilfield services company sold $1 billion of 10-year notes, priced at 99.495 to yield 723 basis points over comparable Treasuries, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
