Oman to Offer Three Onshore Blocks, As it Seeks to Woo Foreign Investors

Oman has asked interested companies to submit bids for three onshore blocks by the end of October, according to the country’s director general of exploration and produc- tion for oil and gas Zaid al-Siyabi. The three new blocks are part of a larger plan by Oman to attract more international firms to its upstream sector.
